Animedaisuki Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the animedaisuki affiliate program. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “animedaisuki” refers to animedaisuki website, as Gateway Store where affiliate will can sell their templates and themes designs, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the animedaisuki affiliate program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.
Profits
For to generate a payment as an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product by PAYPAL. You are the only responsible for each sale that are made when the customer clicks through paypal platform, and you assume all responsibilities for the transactions or refund transactions.
IMPORTANT: In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction, you as an affiliate you will assume it as designer directly by your self.{alertWarning}
Payment
An Affiliate will get a payment when the customer reaches a designed (blogger templates or wordpress theme) in animedaisuki. Payments will processing trought playpal platform from the request date. Payments customers only will be paid out via PayPal, after that you have to contact Animedaisuki for request access in Google Drive folder for the new customer.
Usage and Obligations
Affiliates are permitted to use the animedaisuki brand and marketing resources available in the Affiliates section of the animedaisuki application. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.
- The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of animedaisuki and will never advertise as animedaisuki owner.
- The Affiliate will never represent themselves, animedaisuki or their relationship with animedaisuki in a false or misleading way.
- The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing animedaisuki.
Term and Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement prior notice.
IMPORTANT: If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, customers will keep access to Google Drive folder for any past or future transactions and access the templates or themes designs.{alertWarning}
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Peru, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Arbitration
All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement.
Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available affiliate members, fee, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
